THE HIGHER TASTE

Green Beans with Oregano.

Ingredients:
3/4 tsp. hing
2 T olive oil
3/4 lb fresh green beans, blanched
1 tsp. fresh oregano (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
1 T lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
In a saute pan, heat the oil over moderate heat. Add the green beans, salt , hing and pepper and cook until heated and crisp-tender (about 3-4 minutes).

Add oregano, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix and serve.
