THE HIGHER TASTE

Peas with Basil.

Ingredients:
2 tbl. butter
1 tsp. hing
1-1/2 cups shelled fresh peas (approx. 1-1/2 lb)
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Basil, chopped
1 tsp. Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup water

Preparation:
Heat butter in a skillet. Add the peas, hing , sugar, salt and pepper, basil, parsley and water.

Cook covered for 10 minutes or until peas are tender.
