Mediterranean Style Corn.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp. hing
4 cups fresh or frozen corn
1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary
pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
Combine oil and hing in a small skillet. Heat over low heat . Add the corn and stir to blend and heat through, about 1 minute. Add thyme or rosemary and pepper to taste. Serve at once.
