THE HIGHER TASTE

Tofu Salad.

Ingredients.
1 block Tofu firm, cubed
1 teaspoon hing
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch watercress (cut in 1-1/2" pieces)
1 pkg. bean sprouts (mung), raw or blanched with water and squeezed out.
Toss altogether lightly.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

Dressing
Heat 1 tsp. peanut oil (low flame) remove from heat
Add
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
sesame seeds

Preparation.
Put in jar and chill until ready to serve with salad.
