THE HIGHER TASTE

Fried tofu and Bittermelons.

Ingredients.
Bittermelon (goya) - one (about 1/2 lb.)
1/2 pkg. tofu
4 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. yogourt
Salt to taste

Preparation.
Wash the bittermelon with a brush. Cut in half horizontally, clean the seeds out with a spoon and cut each half in 1/4 inch thick moon shapes.

Heat frying pan before adding salad oil and yogourt.

Fry the bittermelon in high heat until they feel half soft.

Add tofu braking it into bite size pieces with your fingers.

Let the mix fry for a few minutes .

Mix the ingredients quickly being careful not to let the mix burn.

Add salt to taste.
