THE HIGHER TASTE

Baked Tofu.

Ingredients.
1 lb firm tofu, cut into strips
4 cups soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili oil
1 tablespoons hing
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Preparation.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a cookie sheet.

Combine liquid ingredients and hing and submerse tofu completely. Allow tofu to marinate for 20 minutes.

Place tofu slices on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Use in place of sandwich or eat alone as a snack.
