THE HIGHER TASTE

Orange Seared Tofu.

Ingredients.
2 packages of firm tofu, cubed flour
1 tbsp hing
6 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 orange, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp of orange juice
soy sauce

Preparation.
Roll the tofu in flour and set aside.

Sautee the orange juice, orange, hing and sugar in the olive oil for 3 minutes. Add 1 splash of soy sauce and the tofu.

Cook the tofu in the orange glaze mixture for 10 minutes or until the tofu looks sticky.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
