The natural sweet of dates, the creamy taste of caramel, the nutty taste of pecans... this pie is all good things in one.
What You'll Need
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat sweetened condensed milk, caramelized
2/3 cup (150 mL) chopped dates
2/3 cup (150 mL) chopped pecans
2 tbsp (30 mL) milk
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream, whipped
1 ((9-inch/23 cm) ) graham ready-crust pie crust
What's Next:
1. Mix caramelized condensed with dates, pecans and milk; cool. Chill 1/2 hour.
2. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust.
3. Chill 3 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.
