Banana Blueberry Pudding Pie.

Servings: 6-8 portions.
Prep Time: 25 minutes plus shilling time.
Preheat: 375ºF (190ºC)

A cookie crust with a creamy filling, bananas and the burst of fresh blueberries. Does life get any sweeter than this?

What You'll Need
A pie crust
2 bananas, sliced, dipped in lemon juice, well drained
1 cup (250 mL) fresh blueberries, rinsed, drained
1 pkg (125 g) cream cheese, softened
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat condensed milk sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup (175 mL) cold water
1 pkg (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream, whipped

What's Next:
1. Line a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate; top with bananas and blueberries.

2. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth. Chill until thickened, about 10 minutes.

3. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie plate. 4. Chill. Garnish as desired. Cover leftovers; refrigerate.
