THE HIGHER TASTE

Apricot Whip.

Ingredients.
1 1/2 cups dried apricots
Boiling water
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Preparation.
Pour boiling water over apricots and soak for about a half hour.

Drain and combine the apricots with the other ingredients in a food processor.

Process until a smooth consistency is reached.

Chill and serve with pecans sprinkled over each serving.
