THE HIGHER TASTE

Vegetable-Bean Soup.

Ingredients.
1 tsp hing
1 large potato, peeled and cubed
4 cups vegetal stock
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 lb green beans cut into small pieces
1/4 small cabbage
1 carrot chopped
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 tsb dill
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans drained
Salt, cayenne and pepper

Preparation.
In a soup pot mix potato and vegetal stock; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Add celery, green beans, cabbage, carrot, sweet pepper, dill and beans.

Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Season to taste.
