Pineapple rice dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup. cooked rice
1 cup. milk
1/4 cup. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup. pineapple peeled and diced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. whipped topping (Dream Whip)
1/2 cup. cold milk
Preparation:
Cook rice and 1 cup cold milk on low heat for 15 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Cool. Add pineapple and vanilla. Stir whipped topping mix into 1/2 cup cold milk and beat until fluffy and stiff. Fold into rice mixture. Put into dessert dishes and serve. May add cream and cherry on top if desired.
