THE HIGHER TASTE

Orange Herb Rice.

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
2 tsp butter
2 tsp hing
2 cup water
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8tsp marjoram
1/8 tsp thyme
1 cup uncooked long grain rice

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add water, seasonings and orange juice.

Bring to a boil; stir in rice.

Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.

Or until water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
