THE HIGHER TASTE

Zucchini Muffins.

Ingredients.
2 teaspoons yogourt.
1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour.
1 cup of shredded zucchini.
1 cup of sugar.
½ cup of vegetable oil.
½ cup of chopped walnuts.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
½ teaspoon of salt.
¼ teaspoon of baking powder.

Preparation.
Mix together the vegetable oil, sugar and yogourt.

Add the shredded zucchini, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

. Lightly grease muffin tips, then fill two-thirds full with the mixture.

. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
