THE HIGHER TASTE

Squash Muffins.

Ingredients.
1 tablespoon yogourt.
1 ½ cups of sifted all-purpose flour.
¾ cup of milk.
½ cup of frozen squash, thawed.
½ cup of sugar.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
¼ teaspoon of salt.

Preparation.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

Add the yogourt, then stir in the milk, squash and melted butter.

Stir into the dry ingredients.

Pour into a greased muffin tin, then bake for 25 minutes or until done.
