THE HIGHER TASTE

Raspberry Muffins.

Ingredients.
1 teaspoon yogourt.
2 ½ cups of flour.
1 cup of fresh raspberries.
1 cup of milk.
½ cup of melted butter.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
¾ teaspoon of salt.

Preparation.
In a suitably sized bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In another bowl, mix together the yogourt, milk and the butter; then add to the dry ingredients and mix.

Add the raspberries, stirring so they are spread out.

Pour into greased muffin tins.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
