THE HIGHER TASTE

Healthy Muffins.

Ingredients.
¾ cup of milk.
1 cup of yogourt.
¾ cup of apple sauce.
2 cups of wholemeal flour.
½ cup of folled oats.
½ cup of oat bran.
3 teaspoons of baking powder.
2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
½ cup of raisins.
½ cup of chopped apricots.

Preparation.
Add the milk, yogourt & apple sauce.

Combine the flour, oats, bran, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins & apricots in a seperate bowl.

Add the dry mix to the wet mix until combined.

Spoon into muffin tins & bake at 350 F for about 20 mins or until cooked.
