Bran Muffins.
Ingredients.
2 cups of bran.
1 ¼ cups of skimmed milk.
1 cup of raisins.
1 cup of flour.
½ cup of molasses.
¼ cup of cornmeal.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation.
Mix together all of the ingredients.
Pour into lightly greased muffin tins, about two-thirds full.
Bake 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
