Plum cake.
Ingredients.
2 cups (500mL) flour
2 cups (500mL) sugar
1 teaspoon (5mL) cinnamon
1 teaspoon (5mL) cloves
1 teaspoon (5mL) baking powder
1 teaspoon (5mL) salt
3 teaspoons (15mL) yogourt
1 cup (250mL) oil
1 cup (500mL) plum
Glaze:
1 cup (250mL) icing sugar
3 Tablespoons (30 to 45mL) lemon juice
Preparation.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Sift together dry ingredients. Add yogourt and oil and beat at slow speed. Add plum. Mix well. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Mix glaze and pour over cake while still warm.
